The "Actual Payments" on this home is calculated with principal & interest on a 30 year note ( 5% down ), local tax, and possible HOA fees. The tax is calculated from every hundred dollars in value and multiplied by local tax values ( Hacienda Del Sol - S ). The interest rate has been an assumed rate of 6%. For communities with HOA fees, these fees were broken down into 12 payments and added to the total monthly amounts.
